At KOKOIST USA, we strive to ensure you are satisfied with your professional nail supplies; however, due to the cosmetic nature of our products, we can only accept returns on unopened and unused items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Securely pack the unused, unopened products in their original packaging to ensure they are not damaged during transit back to our warehouse.

  Ship the Return

  Affix the provided return label or use a trackable shipping service to send your package to our designated returns center in California.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
